Denafrips, as well as all of our distributors and authorized dealers, have never sold any Denafrips products on the AliExpress platform. All Denafrips products sold on this platform are considered grey market items and are not covered by Denafrips' warranty or after-sales services.
Any products requiring after-sales support must provide valid proof of purchase. Products that cannot be verified as purchased through our authorized channels will not be eligible for after-sales service.
